[packman] packages dbus-java, libmatthew-java

Hallo,
I would be happy if you included the following packages from the old
into the new repository.

dbus-java (is in version dbus-java 2.7.0-pm.1 in the old repository)
libmatthew-java (is in version 0.7.1 in the old repository)

I did a search for these packages and didn't find them elsewhere.

Please add these packages. Thank you.
