[packman] ffmpeg not in monolithic repository

Hello,

I've put back ffmpeg in my daily build cron triggerd build script, but I 
haven't removed libav. I'll follow the changes of both projects and will 
see which project moves faster.

At the moment I tend to switch back to ffmpeg next weekend (it costs to 
much time to test a version during the workdays). The main reason is, 
ffmpeg seems to fix bugs faster at the moment and handles security with 
more care then libav.
