[i can't tell if this note will trigger a ML join, or go direct to the
list, so:]

there is an ongoing thread in forums.opensuse.org

in which it is said that packman needs manpower and maybe server
donations to overcome some mirroring/updating problems (so says one
poster)..

i'm not technically capable of doing any of that stuff, but i can make
a small cash donation...but don't see a tip jar or paypal
button...maybe i over looked it/them?
