[packman] python-distribute breaking python packages

Recently, I added (linkpac) python-distribute into main_pm, with the
(yet) unnoticed result that it breaks almost every python related
package in Packman, because it also provides python-setuptools and OBS
can't decide which one to install.

I've just fixed this, which causes rebuilds of python-related packages
and also fixes them.
