[packman] Slight Xine-ui package problem

Maybe, I have to add another BuildRequies entry. I'll take a look on it.

The last release was 0.99.5 (long, long time ago), in cvs the version 
was dumped to 0.99.6. If I would call the package 0.99.6cvs and 0.99.6 
would be released, the cvs version would have the higher version 
number, so I decided to take the last release version and add cvs to 
the version number.
