[packman] 'zypper dup' in opensuse 11.1 keeps RE-installing the same 'packman' packages

i see, e.g., the x86_64/ has updated, but no the i686.

is this a problem, or simply an update propagation issue?  sorry, not
clear on how long update-completeness takes ...
