[packman] 'zypper dup' in opensuse 11.1 keeps RE-installing the same 'packman' packages

As I wrote, even knowing that somebody will look into it in the near
future would have been sufficient (well, for me :-=)). I develop open
source software in my free time as well, I know how Real Life(tm)
sometimes infers with that occupation... ;-)
