SUSE 9.3 is out of support since two(?) years, so if you do not fixe 
security problems yourselfe it's a high risk to use such a old 
distribution. You shouldn't use it anylonger and update to a new 
version. There are no more SUSE 9.3 packages on the packman mirrors.
