[packman] Error report: Requirement for libquicktime cannot be resolved

Remove it. Packman's ffmpeg and VideoLAN's ffmpeg is incompatible...

... libswscale is only part of Packman's ffmpeg.

Install Packman's ffmpeg and all dependencies can be solved.
