[packman] packman for 10.3

Hello,
I did a first round of compiling packman packages for 10.3 PPC. They are
available at ftp://spike.fa.gau.hu/pub/pmppc103
These are compiled with RC2 (factory released on Monday), and a SRPM
snapshot of PackMan from last Friday.
I plan to compile only a small subset of PackMan packages for PPC, and
once 10.3 packages are ready, also refresh the 10.1 and 10.2 repository.
Of course this subset can be extended - based on your feedback.
