[packman] spec file for xmms2

Hi,

I have been a long time user of packman and guru's repositories.
Thank you for them throughout the years.

I would like to contribute a spec file I finally finished.  It is for
xmms2 on openSUSE 10.3.  Do you accept them? If so, I would like to
send it to you.

It took a while to do - and it works, although it may not be perfect.
It is semi-converted from a debian spec file of an older release.
(What a nightmare.)  I tried my best to get all of the dependecies
correct.  There was only one package that I couldn't acquire from the
openSUSE repository or the packman one, and that was
gamin/gamin-devel.  Some one had built it through the openSUSE build
service and I used that one.

I haven't found anyone else who has taken the time to build this.  I
haven't packaged any clients for it yet (like Esperanza).  Also, all
the plugins are divided up into separate packages - and there are a
lot of them.
