[packman] [PM] libexiv2 0.12 (openSUSE 10.2/i586)

Hello,

there is a compatibility problem between Packman and KDE-Backports
Build Service packages. To solve the problem libexiv2 Packman package
should be updated to version 0.14 (and so libkeviv2 would need an
update to 0.1.2).
The problem is with the "require"ment of libexiv2. Packman packages
require libexiv2-0.12.so and Build Service packages require
libexiv2.so.0. Both versions can not be installed at the same time
because of "/usr/bin/exiv2" file conflict.
Build Service packages affected are, at least:
- gwenview
- kphotoalbum
Packman packages affected are, at least:
- kipi-plugins
- digikam
