[packman] SDL duplicates

I have an unresolved dependency problem with the update of lincity.


>--> Processing Dependency: libSDL_gfx.so.13()(64bit) for package:

The reason is, that there were two SDL library installed recentyl, but
with different versions:

Version 16:
