[packman] My Mirror packman.rsync.zmi.at in Austria suspended

Hi, I want to inform everybody that my packman mirror

packman.rsync.zmi.at

has been suspended now. A list of running mirrors is always available at 
ftp://packman.links2linux.de/pub/packman/MIRRORS

The problem is, my server is on it's limits, and the new server still 
not productive. Sorry for the inconvenience, but it's really necessary 
for now. I want to support this project, and will do so again later.
