[packman] Problem with NoteEdit

I use the SUSE version of the NoteEdit packet. However this NoteEdit program 
has a problem: the so-called shortcut keys do not work. I found the solution 
in 
http://developer.berlios.de/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=6263&group_id=2232 . 
However I am not experienced enough in Linux to build with this patch a new 
program.
The same problem is already present in the NoteEdit RPM that is in the SUSE 
10.0 distribution. So I can't go back to that version to solve my problem.
