[packman] kaffeine and y2pmbuild

Hello,
As I wrote, kaffeine does not have any more conflicts. It was solved in
kdelibs-devel, as far as I can see from factory ChangeLog.
There is only one small problem remaining to get a spec file working
with y2pmbuild:
