[packman] VLC Player for SuSe 9.0

Hello Eldor;

if you got apt working, then you just have to edit you
/etc/apt/source.list and add "packman" and "base" as sources.
Once done, you update the lists with following command: "apt-get update".
If apt works correctly it makes no sense any more to use rpm manually.
just type "apt-get install vlc" and all should work fine!
