[packman] obs-studio is six (6) versions behind the latest stable version

Hello,

For those of us who prefer to use the packman version of obs-studio instead
of the flatpak one, we would appreciate it if it could be updated for the
latest versions. Just a heads up in case it was missed (lots of projects to
keep up).

Current packman version: 29.1.3 released on Jun 19, 2023
Since then, there have been the following versions:

30.0.0 released on Nov 10, 2023
30.0.1 released on Dec 9, 2023
30.0.2 released on Dec 10, 2023
30.1.0 released on Mar 12, 2024
30.1.1 released on Mar 22, 2024
30.1.2 released on Apr 5, 2024
