[packman] mbrola package broken

Hi!

mbrola is currently broken due to two bugs:

1. The config file is not correct:
https://pmbs.links2linux.de/package/view_file/Extra/mbrola/txt2phorc?expand=1
Both DATAPATH= and INVPATH= miss a trailing path separator.

2. The following patch is needed to make txt2pho work on recent systems:
https://github.com/GHPS/txt2pho/commit/2d1282c31ff3c76d0445dabd343e7a831368bddf

Please update the package accordingly. I'll happily test it.
