[packman] Update of the Flowblade package

Hi all,
I am new to this mailing list but have been using packman (for tumbleweed)
for a couple years now.

I'd like to use the Flowblade video editing program, but the version that
is on packman is severely outdated.
The package on packman is v0.16, while the package on their website
<https://github.com/jliljebl/flowblade> is v1.4.

Would it be possible to update packman with the current release?
