[packman] k3b package defect

The RPM package http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/misc/packman/suse/10.2/i586/k3b-1.0-13.1.i586 has a 
corrupted SHA checksum.  Moreover, both this package and its 64-bit pendant are not properly signed:

k3b-1.0-13.1.x86_64.rpm: (SHA1) DSA sha1 md5 (GPG) NOT OK (MISSING KEYS: GPG#f9558872)

although I have imported your public keys.

By the way, the authors mentioned in the Description fields deny any responsibility for these 
packages, but the Packager fields are missing.  It would be nice if the responsible package builder 
could be contacted directly.
