[packman] VLC Update for SuSE9.3

First, thank you for all the rpm packages that you periodically update
and offer in the packman web page.

Second, I am user of SuSE9.3 Prof. Version, and I am missing an update
of VLC 0.8.4 (VideoLan) for this Version.

Do you will offer VLC updates for older SuSE Version as SuSE 10?
