[packman] What's really/actually needed on Packman? (was Re: 25 Jahre Packman – und nun? // Packman at 25 – where do we go from here?)

Hi there,

as a first iteration, I have looked at the packages I actually use from
Packman and which are needed/required by them. As I wrote before in
this thread, I mostly use these packages (a):

  - MPlayer
  - MakeMKV
  - asunder
  - handbrake
  - kodi
  - kodi.binary-addons

Sorted just alphabetically, no preference! These packages then need/want
the following packages usually provided by the Essentials repo (b):

  - faac
  - fdk-aac
  - gstreamer-plugins-bad-codecs
  - gstreamer-plugins-ugly-codecs
  - l-smash
  - libde265
  - libopenaptx
  - libx264
  - pipewire-aptx
  - rtmpdump
  - vo-aacenc
  - x265

FWIW, I don't need anything else from Packman other than (a) or (b). It
has been mentioned that we need sort of a review what's really/actually
needed to be made available from a Packman successor - I think this
could be a start.

FWIW2, I have all these mentioned packages built in a private
environment and use them successfully on my systems now.

Cheers.
