[packman] Cannot install "avidemux3"

The build is broken, thus an old version is lying around:

$ osc r Multimedia avidemux3 -v
openSUSE_Tumbleweed x86_64 avidemux3 unresolvable: nothing provides 
pkgconfig(vapoursynth-script)
openSUSE_Tumbleweed i586   avidemux3 failed
openSUSE_Slowroll   x86_64 avidemux3 unresolvable: nothing provides 
pkgconfig(vapoursynth-script)
openSUSE_Leap_16.1  x86_64 avidemux3 succeeded
openSUSE_Leap_16.0  x86_64 avidemux3 succeeded

So someone™ needs to fix the build and then everything will resolve.
