If building the ffmpeg-mini's I suspect packman Essentials prjconf 
needs the same ignores that factory has:

Ignore: ffmpeg-7-mini-devel:this-is-only-for-build-envs
Ignore: ffmpeg-7-mini-libs:this-is-only-for-build-envs
Ignore: ffmpeg-8-mini-devel:this-is-only-for-build-envs
Ignore: ffmpeg-8-mini-libs:this-is-only-for-build-envs
Ignore: ffmpeg-9-mini-devel:this-is-only-for-build-envs
Ignore: ffmpeg-9-mini-libs:this-is-only-for-build-envs


I might very well be wrong though, so let the current setup try out 
first.
