[packman] Package Update Request: aMule 3.0.0

Hello Packman Team,

I noticed that the aMule package hosted on Packman is currently outdated.
A major new version, aMule 3.0.0, has been released.

This update introduces significant performance improvements, a completely
overhauled build system switching from autotools to CMake, and a
substantial cleanup of legacy APIs.

Could you please look into updating the package for the current
repositories?
