[packman] PMBS: Short Downtime later today, approx. between 5 p.m - 8 p.m.

Hi all,

I have to shut down PMBS again for a short time, to fix some
configuration aspect of the VM. In turn I will increase the assigned
disk space to the pre-move-level.
