[packman] Packman: zypper dup failure related to VLC since TW 20251229

Greetings.

There appears to be an ongoing issue with system upgrades, this time
related to VLC. Although there have since been more snapshots released,
this is currently still blocking successful operations. Most curiously,
Problem 1 repeats itself after Problem 3:

sudo zypper refresh

[sudo] password for root:

Repository 'Main Repository (NON-OSS)' is up to date.

Repository 'Main Repository (OSS)' is up to date.

Repository 'Open H.264 Codec (openSUSE Tumbleweed)' is up to date.

All repositories have been refreshed.

 Solution 1: Following actions will be done:
  keep obsolete phonon-vlc-qt5-0.12.0-2.6.x86_64
  keep obsolete vlc-3.0.21-1699.14.pm.21.x86_64
 Solution 2: deinstallation of phonon-vlc-qt5-0.12.0-2.6.x86_64
 Solution 3: install vlc-3.0.22-1.1.x86_64 from vendor openSUSE
  replacing vlc-3.0.21-1699.14.pm.21.x86_64 from vendor

 Solution 4: break phonon-vlc-qt5-0.12.0-2.7.x86_64 by ignoring some of its
dependencies
