If so, what am I doing wrong here?
`$ osc -A https://pmbs-api.links2linux.de linkpac openSUSE.org:openSUSE:Leap:16.0 ffmpeg-7 home:Aloysius:branches:Essentials
`Server returned an error: HTTP Error 404: remote error package 'ffmpeg-7' does not exist in project 'openSUSE Leap 16.0'`
`remote error: package 'ffmpeg-7' does not exist in project 'openSUSE Leap 16.0'`

I share your frustration and I've experienced the same problems. So far I've been uploading my changes via web.
But I see no alternative if regular links can't be created. I've tried adding a <scmsync> tag to an empty package, but it's not (yet?) available on PMBS.

From what I've been told, it simplifies things SUSE-side.
