[packman] New game "blockout"

Hi there,

I'm definitely no gamer, but years ago, I liked a three dimensional
Tetris like game. I found out it's even listed at

As you can see, no package has been released yet, but I created the
following SR

to get it added to the Games project.

Can one maintainer of the Games project please take a look and comment
and/or approve this? If so, can you please assign maintainer rights for
me, too?
