[packman] cmake-4 vs. lots of packages

Hi there,

now that we got cmake-4 in Tumbleweed, lots of packages in Packman fail
to build. This includes Kodi, Handbrake and others.

What do others think? Should we try to fix the packages? I looked at
Kodi, but gave up in the end as the package uses other components which
haven't been ported/adapted to cmake-4. I assume a new release of Kodi
might eventually include fixes for this, but as long as there is no such
new release, it won't build anymore. For Handbrake the situation is very
similar.

Shall we create an A_tw-cmake which remains at version 3.x level?

TIA, cheers.
