I'm very sorry to hear that, Stefan. Life can be daunting at times.
The good news is, you have a lot of headroom to improve, then.

Unfortunately, here's another victim of the sync issues:

libheif: the package was updated to version 1.20.1 on openSUSE build service 
15 days ago, and consequently, the packman build was updated at that time as 
usual, but http://packman.links2linux.de/package/libheif is still on 1.19.8.

That old package breaks the new TW Blender 4.5 package:
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1246762

It would be really nice, if you could look into the sync issue in the next 
couple of days. I bet, this is still related to the filesystem overflow.
