[packman] Fwd: Leap 16.0 RC Code drop deadline is on July 21st

Hello packman team!

SLES 16.0 has a code-drop deadline for its RC3 is on July 21, this
corresponds with Leap 16.0 RC code submission deadline. We can expect
that SLES folks will focus on P1/P2 bugs past this point.

I'm aware that Antonio plans to submit Plasma  6.4 to Leap 16.0 on
Monday, there I expect some SLES submissions will be needed as well.

We have existing submissions of latest SDL2, SDL2_ttf, SDL2_gfx,
python-redis 6.2.0, libuv 1.50, tree-sitter 0.25.3, and AppArmor 4.1
updates targeting upcoming SLES 16.0 RC2. These were all based on.

We should update to the latest Xfce in Leap so we can experiment with
Wayland and have it listed in Agama. I'll try to help on this front
today. Many thanks to Takashi for looking into this.
