Hi Marc, we're still publishing:

obs-studio-31.1.0~rc1-1699.3.pm.4.x86_64.rpm       03-Jul-2025 17:25             
7295565

Meanwhile, build is on 

obs-studio-31.1.1-1699.1.pm.1.x86_64.rpm

Seems, like the latest package update from Saturday, July 12, 16:20 didn't 
resolved it.
