Hello,
I'm new to this list. I'm running SuSE Tumbleweed, but use vlc from
packman. Since February 25th vlc aborts with a segmentation fault when
trying to play a video (tested mp4 and mkv). Audio works fine (mp3, m4a,
ogg).
When starting vlc from the command line and dropping a video on it I get
oliver at frodo:~> vlc
VLC media player 3.0.21 Vetinari (revision 3.0.21-0-gdd8bfdbabe8)

I uninstalled vlc with all dependecies and reinstalled it
(vlc-3.0.21-1699.9.pm.8), but the problem persists.
Installed packages:
~ #zypper se -is vlc

As usual such things happen some hours before starting my holidays. So I
will not be able to provide more info for the next 2 weeks, but will be
happy to read any hints on how to fix this when I return ;-).
Greetings,
Oliver
