[packman] Current yt-dlp on packman

  Greetings fellow Packmen,
as you may have noticed, there's a link to Factory/yt-dlp in Extra for 15.6.
Unfortunately, I could not manage to build it on the old Leap. On the other hand,
it's possible to build it on 16.0 but it requires rusty_v8 and deno in addition.

Now, my question is: does it look overkill to have those packages linked to Extra
in order to offer a current (meaning working) yt-dlp experience to users?
