I am not really sure what you are trying to achieve, but it is highly
unlikely, that an archive of such volatile data exists anywhere.
If you need a certain package from that date you may try to use the
buildsystem to compile the package with the repository state _of that
package_ again, but if you would like to re-create the repository state
you would need to reset all packages needed for compilation to that
date.

Possible, as PMBS uses a version control system, but labor intensive.
Certainly not something I would like to do :)
