[packman] Compile ffmpeg with --enable-libharfbuzz and --enable-libfribidi to enable drawtext filter on OpenSUSE 15.6, please?

This is OpenSUSE 15.6.

Per https://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-filters.html#drawtext-1, ffmpeg needs to be compiled with
--enable-libfreetype and --enable-libharfbuzz to use the drawtext filter.  It's already compiled
with --enable-libfreetype, but not --enable-libharfbuzz.  In addition, compiling it with
--enable-libfribidi would enable the text_shaping option.
