[packman] [PM] Mesa 24.0.3-1699.372.pm.1 (openSUSE Tumbleweed/x86_64)

Hello Packman maintainers!
For couple of days now I can't update my Tumbleweed system because there is no 32bit Mesa 24.0.3  packages available yet. This happened twice to me already (previously on 23.1.x version), is there a reason both 64bit and 32bit packages are not released simultaneously? This breaks all systems that have eg. Steam installed with Mesa from packman repository.
