[packman] Packages do not build due to qemu-kvm errors

Hi,

Since friday afternoon no package is building anymore on Tumbleweed, no
package at all. All builds fail just after the VM is started. Packages that
were built previously and have not changed will eventually seem like they
build but they do not (as there is no change). You can also se the
difference in the status graph that building of packages is erratic.
