[packman] build error

Hi,

I'm trying to build some packages that I got from
src.fedoraproject.org and build them to Tumbleweed. Local build works
fine. As soon as I commit it and let it build on pmbs it fails when
starting the qemu instance.

I would immensely appreciate it if someone could nudge me in the right
direction. The link to the example is
