[packman] Enable all Packman builds for Slowroll?

To make it really clear, I added a new repo "openSUSE_Slowroll_daily"
to my project:

  <https://build.opensuse.org/projects/home:manfred-h:server:messaging/meta>

with these results:

  <https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:manfred-h:server:messaging/telegram-desktop>

I think I'm going to change the entries for Slowroll in Packman
accordingly.
