[packman] All repositories for Leap 15.5 and 15.6 are broken

just tried that, but it did not help - status remains "The repository
setup is broken, build or publish not possible". Strange enough that

  $ osc buildinfo home:manfred-h MakeMKV 15.5 x86_64

doesn't see/show any problem.
