[packman] All repositories for Leap 15.5 and 15.6 are broken

Hi there,

looking at e.g. Essentials in PMBS

  https://pmbs.links2linux.org/project/show/Essentials

shows the repository setup as broken for openSUSE_Leap_15.5 and
openSUSE_Leap_15.6. Interestingly this also happens for SLE_15 and
x86_64, but not for aarch64.

AFAICS, nothing has changed in the repository setup, because the same
problems are also shown in completely unrelated projects like Extra,
Multimedia, or the home projects.

Does anybody have an idea what could be the reason for this? Could it be
that some server side processes on PMBS have failed and should be
restarted?
