[packman] ffmpeg-4 in Essentials out of sync

Hi Olaf,

I see that you update Essentials/A_tw-ffmpeg-4 pulling in some changes
from openSUSE:Factory/ffmpeg-4 from time to time. The package isn't
building due to vmaf being >= 3 in TW.

To be honest I cannot actually see any Packman specific changes, so
shouldn't we replace it with a link to

  openSUSE.org:openSUSE:Factory/ffmpeg-4

just the same way as we handle A_tw-ffmpeg-5 and A_tw-ffmpeg-6?

What do you think?
