Sorry, but irrelevant.
If you don't want to do the recommended switch to prioritize packman for all
uses packages (or alternatively don't use packman at all), it is your own
responsibility to select all *relevant* packages from packman. It is not the
responsibility of the packman volunteer to help you to abandon their
recommendation.
Please accept, it can not only be a solution for your problems to do the
switch, it is mostly the prerequisite to even be able to help you.
Is should be absolutely comprehensible that if a package form a third-party
repository like packman needs a library that is also provided by the same
repository it is not build using the version from main repository but exactly
this third-party repository.
BTW: Many thanks to all the packman volunteers. Great job!
