Yes.
The previously used release string pmNNN.something was working as expected
with the recommended 'zypper dup --from packman --allow-vendor-change'.
During upgrade from one Leap 15 version to another the packages appear
as newer, everything was replaced (with zypper dup --no-allow-vendor-change).
But it turned out an update for a linked package will lead to conflicts
because a number is newer than a word (150NNN > pmNNN), see bug#1205456.
After some back and forth, the currently used release string is supposed to
also handle updates of linked packages properly.
