while this is true in principle, it is not here! python311 got
introduced to Leap 15.5 recently as an update. The package
yt-dlp-2023.10.13-150500.4.pm.1.noarch.rpm requires
python3-yt-dlp
but now a package python311-yt-dlp-2023.10.13-150500.4.pm.1.noarch.rpm
is built which, of course, does not provide python3-yt-dlp
Some Python/RPM/macros expert needs to step up here to get this
resolved - and that's not me!
Cheers.
