As far as I can see the Mesa packages have been built correctly for
Tumbleweed x86_64 and i586.
The actual version is 23.2.1, building succeeded on Oct 5th, between 8
and 9 p.m. CEST.
Right now at least GWDGs mirror has the actual build results.
