[packman] Slowroll release version update?

Possibly this is not the right list for this question.
By the way, after the latest updates 22. and 23-Nov, included 
Slowroll/base.20231119, it still ouputs the initial VERSION="20231003".  
Shouldn't the timestamp be updated?

And is the official NAME= "openSUSE Tumbleweed-Slowroll" or just 
"openSUSE:Slowroll" as on the web page?
